What the file tools process
Selected file bytes, document text, spreadsheet data, images, signatures and invoice information are read inside your browser to perform the operation you request. This release has no file-upload endpoint and does not send those contents to a conversion service. Original files are never overwritten.
Browser storage and downloads
Preferences, favorites and recently used tool identifiers are saved in local storage. Saving a signature is separately optional and keeps up to five signature samples in localStorage. Editor draft recovery is optional; enabling it stores document, workbook or invoice content on this device. Local history uses IndexedDB for recoverable drafts and, only after separate opt-in, future downloaded results and filenames. It stores up to 40 entries and 25 MB, with a choice of 1, 7 or 30 days until expiry. Expired copies are removed when the site is next opened or history is used; closed websites cannot run deletion timers. This storage is not encrypted and is accessible to anyone using this browser profile. Clear local data removes this site's preferences, drafts and IndexedDB job history. It does not delete original files, browser downloads or other applications' data. Static website assets may be cached for repeat visits; the cache does not contain selected file bytes.
Transfers between tools
Choosing Continue opens a compatible tool in another tab and transfers the processed file through a same-origin browser memory channel. This does not upload the file or create a persistent history entry. Keep the first tab open until transfer completes. The random URL token identifies the temporary channel, not a server document.
Hosting and connections
Loading a website necessarily contacts its host. The hosting provider may record IP addresses, requested paths, browser details and request times in ordinary access or security logs. This website does not control the retention period of provider logs. Its operator should review the hosting account's settings and agreements before launch.
Your choices
You can use the tools without creating an account. Do not enable local draft recovery on a shared device. Close the tab to release active processing memory and manage downloaded copies using your operating system. Contact the operator using the contact page for site-related privacy questions. Never email private documents unless a separate, appropriate support arrangement is established.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, browsing and guide pages load Google Analytics (measurement ID G-KYB8GFLPEJ). Google receives visit and device information and the network connection, including your IP address; Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits. We request no advertising personalization or Google signals. Query strings and referrer URLs are not included in our page-view event. Editor pages, calculators and the contact form do not load the tag. Selected files and editor contents are not sent to Analytics. Declining has no effect on tool access.
Analytics choices and retention
Use Privacy choices on the Privacy policy page at any time to allow or reject Analytics. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days; Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without renewal. Rejecting removes accessible Analytics cookies and stops future tracking on this browser. It does not erase information already received by Google. Google processes data under its own privacy terms; server-side retention depends on the operator's Analytics settings. Contact us for privacy requests.
Advertising
The website is applying for Google AdSense. Publisher verification is present, but advertisements are currently disabled. Before advertisements are enabled, we will provide the required advertising disclosures and consent management. This Analytics choice is not a Google-certified advertising consent platform.
Support messages
The contact form prepares an email on your device. We receive a message only when you send it using your email provider. Your email address and any details you choose to include are used to reply and investigate the issue; your email provider and our Gmail provider also process the message. Do not send private files.
