Merge and organize a PDF in the right order
Build a clean document from separate files and pages.

Prepare the source files
Open each PDF before combining it. Confirm that every expected page is present and readable. Put unrelated or sensitive pages aside. If a source is encrypted, use an authorized unencrypted copy rather than expecting the merge tool to remove protection.
Arrange files, then arrange pages
Merge PDF uses the visible file order. Move a file up or down before processing. For a more precise sequence, open the merged result in Organize PDF. Its page thumbnails support moving, rotating, duplicating and deleting individual pages. Arrow controls provide an alternative to dragging.
Separate page content from document features
A merged output contains copied pages. Document outlines, interactive form behavior and other document-level structures are not carried across by this release. A collection of completed form pages may look correct while losing the original field behavior. Retain the individual form originals if that behavior matters.
Make a final page-by-page check
Check the first and last page from every source, not just the total page count. A duplicate page can hide a missing page when the totals happen to match. Save a clearly named copy and keep the source files until the combined result has been accepted.
