Using Excel to PDF

Import XLSX or CSV, choose a sheet and review the values before printing. Browser paper size and scaling control the output. Charts, macros, pivots and original Excel print areas are not preserved.

  1. Open XLSX or CSV, or choose a sample template.
  2. Select a cell and edit its value or formula in the formula bar.
  3. Review calculated values and export XLSX, CSV or the current printed sheet.

Limits and checks

Office imports up to 15 MB. Spreadsheets support up to 15 sheets, 1,000 rows and 50 columns per sheet. Advanced Office features are not preserved.

Work safely with spreadsheet formulas

Frequently asked questions

Can I run macros or use Excel pivot tables?

No. Macros, pivots and external links are not executed. Supported formula calculations operate only on the limited local workbook model.

Is my content sent to a server?

No. Processing runs inside your browser. Optional editor recovery saves a draft on this device only. Read the privacy policy.

Will my original file be changed?

No. Downloaded results are separate copies. Open the finished output before sharing it or deleting an original.
